Farmakodinamikasi
Belazidim preparati uchinchi avlod tsefalosporinlari guruhiga mansub bo'lgan keng spektrli antibakterial
preparat hisoblanadi. Bakterisid (mikroorganizmlar hujayra devori sintezlanishini to'xtatadi) ta'sir qiladi.
Ko'pchilik beta-laktamazalar ta'siriga chidamli. Ampisillin va boshqa tsefalosporinlarga chidamli ko'pgina
shtammlarga ta'sir qiladi.
Preparat ko'pgina grammusbat bakteriyalar: Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus galacticae va grammanfiy
bakteriyalar: Citrobacter koseri, Escherichia coli, Haemophilis influenza, Moraxella catarrhalis, Neisserei meningitis, Proteus
mirabilis, proteus spp (boshqalar), Providencia aѕrga nisbatan faol.
Orttirilgan chidamlilik rivojlanishi mumkin bo'lgan mikroorganizmlar: shu jumladan grammanfiy
mikroorganizmlar:
Acinetobacterbaumannii* ,Burkholderiacepacia, Citrobacterfreundii, Enterobacteraerogenes, Enterobactercloacae,
Klebsiellapneumoniae, Klebsiellaspp.(boshqa) Pseudomonasaeruginosa, Serratiaspp., Morganellamorganii;
Grammusbat bakteriyalar: Streptococcuspneumoniae**, Staphylococcusaureus*,
grammusbat anaeroblar: Clostridiumperfringens, Peptococcusspp., Peptostreptococcusspp.;
grammanfiy anaeroblar: Fusobacteriumspp.
Chidamli mikroorganizmlar, shu jumladan, grammusbat anaeroblar: Enterococci, Enterococcusfaecalis va
Enterococcusfaecium ham, Listeriaspp;
Grammusbat anaeroblar: Clostridiumdifficile;
Grammanfiy anaeroblar: Bacteroidesspp. (Bacteroidesfragilis ning ko'pgina shtammlari chidamli);
Boshqa mikroorganizmlar : Chlamydiaspp., Mycoplasmaspp., Legionellaspp.
*Taxmin qilinishicha, metisillinga sezuvchan S. Aureus, tseftazidimga nisbatan sezuvchanligi kamroq. S. Aigeiѕning
metisillinga chidamli barcha shtammlari tseftazidimga ham chidamli.
**Taxmin qilish mumkinki, penisillinga nisbatan oraliq sezuvchanlik yoki rezistentlikka ega S. Pneumoniae,
tseftazidimga nisbatan kamroq sezuvchanlikni ko'rsatadi.
