Ichga qabul qilingandan keyin levofloksatsin meʼda-ichak yoʻllaridan tez va deyarli toʻliq soʻriladi. Qon plazmasidagi Smax ga 1-2 soatdan keyin erishiladi. Plazma oqsillari bilan bogʻlanishi - 30-40%. Aʼzolar va toʻqimalarga: oʻpka, bronxlarning shilliq qavati, balgʻam, siydik chiqarish tizimi aʼzolari, jinsiy aʼzolar, polimorfyadroli leykotsitlar, alveolyar makrofaglarga yaxshi kiradi.
